To all the entries, good luck!

Another celebration for the movie industry held yesterday as the Metro Manila Film Festival MMFF)entries promoted their films thru a grand parade of their stars.  It started around 1 p.m. at the MOA Grounds, then it went straight to Quirino Grand Stand, passing Roxas Boulevard. It ended around 6 p.m. after a short program. The movies opened yesterday, Christmas Day.  Here’s what happened.

First on the line was  the romantic comedy film by Quantum Films #walangforever, staring Jennylyn Mercado and Jericho Rosales, together with their co-stars in their simple float.

The stars were busy giving posters and candies to their supporters.

Followed by the action film Nilalang led by first-timer on MMFF, Japanese adult video star Maria Ozawa and action star Cesar Montano, with Meg Imperial, Yam Concepcion, and other stars were all present in their float.

Third on the line was Regal Films  horror entry The Haunted Mansion, starring another MMFF first-timer Janella Salvador, Marlo Mortel and Jerome Ponce.

The stars were giving souvenirs and candies to kibitzers.

Next was the most attractive float that afternoon, filled with antique memorabilia based on the film, the horror-comedy Buy Now, Die Later, starring Vhong Navarro , Alex Gonzaga , Rayver Cruz and Tj Trinidad.

After the first four entries, a delay took place for the next float to come out, about 45 minutes and this happened because of the late arrival of the hottest love teams today, the Kapamilya’s Jadine, and Kapuso network’s Aldub.

Fifth on the list was My Pabebe Love, from OctoArts and APT Production, with lead stars Vic Sotto, Comedy Queen Ai-aidelas Alas and the first-timers Maine Mendoza and Alden Richards. The said float was the most applauded and fans were really following them.

Then followed by the blockbuster actor, John Lloyd Cruz for Honor Thy Father, together with Meryll Soriano.

Then came another set of love team from Star Cinema Beauty And The Bestie, starring Vice Ganda, Coco Martin and the kilig  tandem of James Reid and Nadine Lustre.

And last on the parade, also from Star Cinema is All You Need Is Pag-Ibig, starring queen of all media, Kris Aquino, together with Ian Veneracion, Pokwang and Kim Chiu and Xian Lim,also with the new child stars, Julia and Talia with Bimby Aquino Yap.

And there you have it! These movies are playing, go see one, or see them all!
