Jimmy Dee Productions aims to discover and train naturally talented young females to achieve their rightful place among the popular entertainers of the world.

“Nagstart po ang Dee Girls nang mag-umpisa ng maghanap ng girl group…sing and dance group…ang manager po naming na si Mr. Jimmy Dee na from Guam. Nag chat po kami and then naghanap po ako ng mga girls sa Facebook and mga friends ko po ininvite ko pong mag-audition and eto na po, nabuo na po ang Dee Girls,” explained Nicole, the frontliner of the girls. She is what Nicole Scherzinger is to the Pussycat Dolls.

The new group is an all-female group comprised of young ladies between 18-20 years old, namely, Lea Ibañez, Nicole Nasayao, Tin Oco, Mary Rose Romualdez, Mariane Brenda Bordador, and GlyzaIbañez. The group is known for their vibrant and energy-filled numbers as evidenced during their performance at the Tourism Lifestyle and Business Expo, held for a second time last week at the Glorietta Activity Center. It’s not hard to discern that the spotlight was focused most of the time on their acts, while people in the audience showered them with thundering applause as they gyrated to the music using a combination of a very diverse movement vocabulary.

“Gusto po naming magkaroon ang Philippines ng girl group na sumasayaw ng Polynesian while doing Kpop, Jpop, at kung anu-ano pang dances together in one,” excitedly shared Nicole.

While the girls can exude sensuality and tease the audience at times, their style can shift to something classy and stylish which would appeal to the more intellectual crowd. The first part of their performance had them wearing Polynesian outfits for an hour, which was immediately followed by two hip-hop numbers on the latter part of the show.

“Magii-start po kami sa Guam and magtra-travel kami to L.A. and to other countries po….international po,” she added,The group’s formal launch was done a few weeks ago by Jimmy Dee Productions, at the Merci Restaurant and Bar. Prior to joining the group, each of the members has experienced being part of either a band or a dance group.

The management is particular in training the girls for global competition. They give dreamers the opportunity to shine and impress a global audience starting with the Philippines, then to Guam, Hawaii, Las Vegas and the Asia Pacific, and even to Hollywood, as the girls can really make it as among the top-notch entertainers.

Dee Girls are still looking for a few members to join them. For more information, you can visit their Facebook page or contact Gil Gan at 09778154776.
